Add the app

Connect Zoom from booking or call setup before using it as your video meeting provider.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to your account.
  • You have access to the booking or call setup area.
  • You want to use Zoom for video meeting bookings.

How to connect Zoom

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Open the booking or call setup section.
  3. 3Go to the video meeting provider area.
  4. 4Click Connect Zoom.
  5. 5You will be redirected to Zoom.
  6. 6Sign in to your Zoom account if needed.
  7. 7Review the requested permissions.
  8. 8Click Allow to authorize the connection.
  9. 9After authorization, you will be redirected back and the Zoom connection will appear as Connected.
Notes
  • In the current setup flow, Zoom appears in the video meeting provider card alongside its connection status and Connect Zoom / Disconnect actions.

Troubleshooting

If the connection does not complete

  • Make sure pop-ups and redirects are not blocked.
  • Make sure you completed the Zoom authorization step.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Zoom account.
  • Try again in a private browser window if needed.

Usage

After Zoom is connected, it can be used as the video meeting provider for booking flows.

Prerequisites for use

  • Zoom must be connected.
  • A call or meeting flow must be enabled.
  • Zoom must be selected as the video provider.

Expected result

  • The business receives the correct Zoom meeting for the booking.
  • The customer receives the correct booking details and Zoom link.
  • No manual Zoom meeting creation is required for the normal booking flow.

How it works

  1. 1A customer books a video meeting through the booking flow.
  2. 2Once the booking is confirmed, a Zoom meeting is created automatically in the connected Zoom account.
  3. 3The Zoom join link is attached to the booking record.
  4. 4If the booking is rescheduled, the Zoom meeting is updated.
  5. 5If the booking is canceled, the Zoom meeting is canceled.

Remove the app

Disconnect Zoom from the same booking or call setup area where it was connected.

  1. 1Sign in to your account.
  2. 2Open the booking or call setup section.
  3. 3Find the Zoom connection area.
  4. 4Click Disconnect.
  5. 5Confirm the disconnection.

What happens after disconnection

  • New bookings will no longer create Zoom meetings automatically.
  • Existing automatic Zoom updates for future changes will stop.
  • The Zoom account will no longer be used for new meeting creation inside the booking flow.

Data handling after removal

After de-authorization or disconnection, the integration is no longer used for new meeting creation or updates. Existing booking records in the platform may still remain as operational records, but the disconnected Zoom account is no longer used for future meeting automation.
